Q:It doesn't pick up local channels？
A:First: Please connect both the USB and RF ports of our antenna to your Portable TV/DVD.
Second: Make sure the cables of the antenna are stretched out and not tied together.
Third: Please put the antenna near the open position, the head of the antenna receiving signal source should not be blocked.
Fourth:TV setup menu, set CHANNAL mode to Auto Scan.
Fifth: If the operation is not clear, please read the operation guide and manual carefully, or to tell us!
Q:Why does the Portable TV/DVD Player seem to be unable to power on?
A:Please make sure the machine is fully charged. When not using the machine, please turn the power switch to the OFF position to save power. If you still can't turn it on, please to tell us!
Q:Why can't Portable TV/DVD Player read the disc?
A:First: check your discs when scratched and damaged (Blu-ray discs are not supported)
Second: Check if the movement is close to the centre position, if not, please push the movement by hand to the position close to the centre point.
Third: If you still can't read the disc, please tell us!

I love this! I got it for my son, the antenna is not strong but we still received about 10 channels. The dvd player works great and the picture is super clear. The large display can be seen easily when positioned up high where little hands can’t reach. I Would buy again, especially as a gift for kids or anyone who travels :)

It’s great you can get like 40 channels if you buy one of those flat antenna things. However it says 16.5 inches one place, 15 inches in another place and it is actually only 14 inches. That doesn’t sit well with me so I took off one star.

This is the second portable TV/DVD player I've purchased. The other bought 10 years ago did not have an HDMI Port for a Firestick or Roku.This FEIHE TV/DVD Unit is superlative in every way with the quality of sound, picture, playback ease of operation, and the provided antenna reception incredible. I purchased this set because my former portable combo did not have an HDMI connection. I can now use a Firestick or Roku in addition to the antenna, something also new to me. It has all the bells and whistles of a compact 1st class TV and DVD playerI couldnt be happier. The clarity in the picture and in the sound could not be better!Everything from sleep timer, to auto volume, surround sound, auto sync and on time is included. All controlled either manually or via remote.I live on the coast where we are prone to hurricanes. Staying informed with these inclement weather conditions and catastrophic storms or on the road is important. Often losing power, having the option to have the vehicle as a power source is important. Either at home or on the road in an emergency having this TV is very important. As a camper what could be better than checking out the local news, weather and current events in the evening or catch a dvd or music cd for an evening of entertainment.It is well worth the price as you get ... allot of bang for your buck! If you're shopping for a portable TV/DVD you can't go wrong here.

Great picture, easily portable, like others have said buy a better antenna, play around with location and placement to catch signals. I had no trouble getting 68+ the dash channels with a clear picture, the sound is good. Purchased for my son’s dorm, he raves about it so got one for home. Easily could be your only TV, for counter/tabletop or side table. It’s the size of a full sized laptop. The battery life is ok, we normally leave it plugged up but it’s portable. The screen rotates. There’s a HDMI, USB, headphone and audio in/out ports. Has taken and played all DVD’s even recorded.But...after having it for 7 months the very first thing that stop working early on with both was the remote, even with fresh batteries it just stopped working, never been dropped, it’s still in one piece. None of the buttons respond, it just doesn’t work at all. The second thing seems to be a software issue, it started automatically going to voice descriptions for the blind. You have to go through the menu and submenu to turn it off which is a pain with no remote and if you change channels you have to do it again. Second thing that happened is it automatically changes to Spanish language broadcasting during sports games, the announcers sound vibrant but I don’t understand and also you have to go through the menu to cut it off. One of the buttons is beginning to get slow to respond, surely it will stop soon. It’s never been dropped or mishandled. Overall am satisfied with the product, the picture is great and it can get loud, easily heard from other rooms with the volume up. Would be a good gift for people with limited space, if you on the go & don’t want to miss a show, for presentations or for seniors. We use it daily, was worth the purchase even with the annoyances.

It doesn't work will not play Any DVD or pick up any TV channel. Not worth the money
