SAFETY LIMIT PINS
The safety limit pin effectively prevents the arm that holds the bike down from loosening and moving upward due to bumps in the vehicle's ride.
5.5 INCH WHEEL HOLDERS
Study 5.5" wide steel holder fits most narrow and fat tires. Can be adjusted to fit different bike length, and easily tightened by straps.
EASY TO USE
Pull out the tilting pin to quickly tilt the vertical post and fold up the rack when not in use.
SAFETY ACCESSORIES
The no-wobble hitch pin and hitch tightener eliminate slack between the receiver hitch and the rack, and a safety strap included.

This bike rack is perfect for our e-bikes. It’s a little heavy but it is very sturdy. The welds are perfect. Their customer service is awesome. We lost one of the tire hoops. Totally my fault. They were very quick to respond to my emails and replaced the part very quickly. Excellent value, very easy to assemble. Great product.

I returned this product after spending hours putting it together, made me so angry! I put my bike up on the rack and shook it a little bit to see what it would do pretending I was driving and there was no support like zero I would have to use all kinds of bungee cords and stuff to make sure my bike didn’t fall off.

This rack is worth the money but would be better if they included all the hardware. I had to drive 10 miles to my nearest Lowe’s to buy a missing $.80 no.12 nut. It was frustrating to say the least. Other than that, it seems sturdy but does stick out rather far from the back of the vehicle.

So I had this for several months before I put it together. Needless to say I was disappointed to find out the hitch pin holes are miss drilled. As the photos show there are approximately 1/8 inch miss aligned. No way to mount this without drilling new holes. Can’t send it back because it’s been over 4 months. All it’s good for is a dumpster.Update. I contacted the company and they were quick to send me the replacement part. It’s a good product and simple to put together.

We love this rack. Very sturdy. Excellent that it folds back and you can lift the back hatch of the vehicle open without having to take the bikes off! We have two e-bikes with fat tires and it fits them perfectly. No issues or worries about them being unsteady during travel. Ive recommended it to friends already.

the rack was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. if arranged properly, i can still open the liftgate w/o swiveling it.as my 1st bike rack, i haven't built my confidence in it yet so i still haven't used it for a long drive, so i can't say much about it.reasons are: the curve of the main arm is not smoothly bent; so are the welds; and a quick raindrop resulted to some flash rusts.
