The Hollywood Rack is outstanding, built like a tank, yet simple to manage.Do not waste your time looking for a cheaper rack, you will get what you pay for. My fat tire e-bike is 72 lbsAnd the rack handles it no problem and rock solid. Hollywood also gives you a locking receiver pin, and 7’ locking cable lock all keyed to match the lock mechanisms on the rack. You do have to put this together but it could not be easier.This rack is by far the best I have seen, will handle 160 lbs, and I feel comfortable knowing I bought this to go across country with my bike.This is the rack to purchase if you are hauling heavy e-bikes.

Easy assembly. Well thought out design, from the key locked hitch with tightening mechanism to the snap pins for foldup and tilt down. Mounting 60 lb bikes is best done inside wheel holders first. The hold down clamp can get in the way even with beam folded down, so it was easiest to remove both hold down clamps, mount the inside bike and then slide them on again. Can be done alone, but easier with two people. Nice 7 foot security cable and also binding red strap. Storage takes a reasonably small space laying flat. Very pleased thus far. Will update this review after first usage.

We purchased this rack for carrying two e-Bikes. The rack is well made and easy to assemble. Our bikes are step-through and needed the extra top bar accessory to properly secure them to the rack. The rack features a tightening feature so that it does not wobble in the 2†hitch. There is a hitch lock and individual locks for each bike. They also include a cable lock for additional security. All keyed alike. We had previously purchased another very popular rack. Not until the final assembly did we learn that our fenders prevented the bikes from being secured to the rack. The Hollywood rack has a top clamp that has no issues with fenders. We would highly recommend this rack for anyone who need to transport a e-Bike. BTW, it has a 80lb limit per bike unlike other who have a 60lb limit.

I purchased this Hollywood Rack for an E-Bike weighing in at 73 pounds (less if you take out battery). A great feature of is this rack is that it is rated for bikes up to 80 pounds and is easy to assemble. It also has a wide tire seating for tires up to 5 inches and fits well with the 4-inch fat tires also. I love the fact the rack locks to your hitch while locking the bike to the rack, with or without the extra cable lock. After getting used to putting the bike on and off, I find it easy, with little effort and I can do this without assistance. The rack is somewhat sleek and very secure with the anti-wobble device built in. Expensive but great value in a quality product.

I just got a new Juiced Ripcurrent S ebike and it weighs 75 lbs with the battery and 65 lbs without. This rack easily handles that and it is very stable on my truck due to the stabilizer feature on the hitch. It was very easy to assemble because there is an installation video that walks you through it all. If your Ebike is over 70 lbs, this hitch rack is well worth the price. It's expensive but it's better to be safe than sorry with this rack. I like that you can fold it up on the hitch when not in use, and that you can lock the top bar hooks in place. So far the wheel straps work very well and the overall quality seems very solid. I've only had it for 2 weeks, but so far it holds up very well. Hauling a mountain bike and 70lb ebike is no problem for this rack! It's very sturdy and adjustable. If you have a 70+lb Ebike don't cheap out on a hitch rack, this one is specifically designed for it and I don't have any regrets!

I've been researching racks for my 2 Ebikes for a while. Both of each weight 65lbs. No one in my area has one from Hollywood Racks. So I took a gamble USA company with a great history I felt comfortable buying. During unboxing that's when I got a little upset to see in big letters MADE IN CHINA well crap, I thought. I've purchased 2 other racks in the past that I wasn't impress at all.This Hollywood rack is very great. Thick wall square tubing, very solid, no shake - wobbles. The tightening hitch pen thingy is great. It is heavy but it's designed to haul heavy bikes no big deal for me.I have hauled several hundreds of miles now and feel very secured no worries even though I do keep an eye in the mirrors to make sure everything is riding right.It comes with great instructions and video on this page as you know if you are reading this.Comes with lock cable which is decent, a tied down strap which everyone should use! Lock hitch pen and the hold down arms that go over the top tube of the frame lock also. Big plus is that all the locks are keyed the same. Comes with 2 keys... you better go to locksmith and get 2 more keys made and stash them in vehicle. I think it would really suck to get to the trail and can't unlock bikes from rack.The only downfall for me is that it is made in china.. but I still gave it 5 stars I do my best not to do that but you will like this rack too

What a great bike carrier! After spending two weeks reading up about E-bike carriers and watching lots of YouTube videos on the subject, we decided to go with this carrier. The Hollywood Sportrider E-bike rack is really well built with some nice features. It is very sturdy and made with heavy gauge steel. The joint welds are perfectly made and the steel parts are nicely coated. The entire build is of good quality!The box that the rack came in was double boxed and inside the main big box almost every part came in its own smaller box and each part inside each box comes in a protective bag. The rack was easy to assemble and all of the tools need to assemble the rack are included with the kit. There are also two bolt on brackets for two 20 inch wheel size bike. Our bikes are 26 inch wheel size, so we do not need the brackets. The kit also comes with two keys that work with the included locking hitch receiver pin, the lock for the two hook that hold the bikes down and a cable lock. I’ll be getting some extra keys cut, so that I can have a key in our two vehicles and a spare left at home. I assembled the carrier in about 15 minutes. The illustrated instructions are well made and easy to follow. The hitch receiver tightening system works well to reduce the amount of wiggling of the carrier.The rack once installed is able to tilt away from the vehicle to allow for the rear hatch of the vehicle to opened. The rack also folds up against the car while it is not being used to carry bikes.And yes the bend in the top of the tube is supposed to be there!!!The one thing that I can critique, would be the plastic ratchet mechanism that holds the wheel straps.The plastic mechanism looks to be small in size and therefore appears to me as a weak point.Hopefully I’m wrong and the plastic mechanism will hold up OK over the years. So far the ratcheting strap mechanism works really well, but time will tell.Over all I believe this too be a great carrier for E-bikes.

We bought this bike rack after being very disapointed with a competitor's version. The fact that the Hollywood's bar can be layed down to install the first bike is a very nice feature. I love the tensioner that is very simple yet very efficient at tightening the hitch into the receiver.

Spent a lot of time comparing E-Bike racks and this one is by far the best in his price range from a design standpoint. Easy to assemble and to use. Incuded hitch pin and cable lock are items that I was planing to buy, but since it was included, I saved on those items.

Lots of weight to the rack, tho I guess it’s a good thing as it’s thick steal. The pin to keep the bar straight up to lock your bicycle’s in place get’s to be a pain in arse to get pin through lined up. And if you have a spare tire on the rear, no f’g way you’ll fit a second e-bike. The company is not honest with that! You’ll need to buy a hitch mount extender. As the peddles get in the way.
