Ordered this with somewhat minimal expectations as the price was too good to be true. However after putting together and installing, I was shocked at the quality. Easy to assemble (took about 10 minutes), nice and heavy (so no concerns about it failing while driving). Fits nicely in the 2" hitch and the extra stability attachment is extremely useful (no movement while driving). Fit 4 bikes on it (was a little tricky getting them in and latched up but was able to). For the price, this is a great buy. Comparable to other big brand models that sell for twice as much. Strongly recommend!!!

I've used this 3-5 times per week for about 3 months. I took it on a 600 mile round trip to Moab.Pros: I can get it installed in about 5 minutes and uninstall it even faster. There is a device you install to reduce rattle. I experience almost no rattle with it installed. I don't ever worry about it breaking because it seems very strong/heavy. It mainly serves its purpose, especially for the price.Cons: I can only fit 3 bikes, just barely, even though it has the hookups for 4 bikes. A plastic cap on the end broke with first time I installed it, but it's not needed, so not a big deal. Full suspension bikes are pretty tough to hook up. During my Moab trip, one of the straps that holds the bike started to slide and could have slipped off the rack. I re-installed it, and by the end of the trip, the strap had come undone and half of my bike was bouncing around on the rack. I probably won't take it on a long trip again, but I use it for 10-20 minute drives 3-5 times per week and have not experienced any issue with the straps during those local trips.

Built well and sturdy for longer road trips. Love the accessories that came with the rack. No need to go buy straps or anything else to use this product. Fits perfectly on our Jeep Compass and bolted onto the hitch so the bike rack won't easily or quickly walk away.

Do not buy this rack. When I first attached it it looks nice and sturdy. Frame is nice but the parts that hold the bike to the frame are very weak. On the way out to our site the clip that holds the bike down broke and luckily didn't loose the bike. We used another of the clips on the way home and that one broke also and we lost our bike on the highway somewhere. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The overall construction and functionality of this rack is good. However, after several trips, the rubber bike mounting straps have broken. I am hoping I can get some replacements shipped to me, because without these you need to manually put bungee cords on to hold the bikes.

It has worked great for my local trips, and I think, based on the price, it is a good bike ride. I have only placed 3 bikes so far, and putting a 4th one for testing can be a challenge if they are ALL full size bikes.
