These work well, only gave them 4 stars because they slide in and out so easy that if you’re not paying attention, you will hurt your fingers or other body parts that are engaged with these parts. Quality of these are very good, I would recommend to maker maybe to install a weak internal spring so slide injuries would drop to zero, I would purchase these again, if they read this and improve them with a light spring, well buy them and give the ones I have to one of my favorite sons, lol.

I did not like that there is no resistance engineered in this. It can just flop around. I ordered a brand had never heard of, and it has a spring resistance tension and overall better quality.
