While it takes some time to setup, load, and use this carrier, it does it's job very well. I am always confident that are e-bikes are loaded securely and safely. Initial assembly was straightforward. Appreciate all of the variable options for different types of bicycles.

Hello. Your product performs just as advertised. It is a very good bike rack as we carry our two e bikes with confidence. I did have a problem with the bike lock used as added protection against theft, when the bikes were loaded onto the rack. On the third use of this lock,the guts of the lock were very loose, which created a problem trying to unlock the item and I had to cut it off with a saw to get my bikes off the rack. Can you send a replacement lock? Thank you in advance for your response.

Very happy with this purchase. It is very sturdy and well made. Has adaptors to fit any bike, no need to buy any extra stuff. Wheel adapter for 20 in wheel was included and needed for my wife’s bike. Pretty easy to assemble, good directions in manual. Highly recommend.

I could not have chose a better e-bike rack for our RV. Everything is fully adjustable for a perfect fit, solid as a rock. First trip was around 700 miles to the gulf coast with no issues, did not slip or move period, this product is everything anyone would need to transport 2 Enike. Very pleased with the our hase

Holds both my 75lb fat tire E bikes with ease. I have no worries when hauling my bikes behind my 42' fifth wheel RV. I've got $4000 of bikes secured in the rack and I can't see them so if anything fails I probably won't know it until I get to where I'm going. It's worth spending the money on a rack you have complete faith in. Buy it nice or buy it twice. I've had it over a year now and been on several trips and had no issues. Just be sure to always have the knobs in the lock position even when you're not hauling a bike or they will unscrew and come off. I got lucky and they fell off in my driveway.

The thing is heavy for sure. I think it needs to be to handle the action on the back of an RV. It is a bit cumbersome to install/remove and to “foldâ€. Hence the 4 star rating.I like the single key to lock/unlock the fasteners, hitch pin lock, and the cable lock. Very nice.I am very confident that anything I put on it will stay in place…. Safely.

I had ordered this rack from etrailer in May but their site said it wouldn't ship until Oct-Nov. I found one available on Amazon for $100 more than what I would have paid at etrailer but needed it before then. This is a great rack. I have (2) RadRunner ebikes and this is the perfect rack for them. I will use it on a towed vehicle behind a motorhome and there are only (2) racks that are certified to do this that I have found: Swagman E-Spec or this Hollywood Rv Rider. The Swagman would have required additional parts in order to secure my ebikes-not the Hollywood. Easy to assemble, bikes load easy, folds up when not in use, folds down with bikes when you need access to back of pickup or trunk, holds bikes securely and has good locking hardware. I would highly recommend this rack.
