This product is really solid, comes well-packaged, and has super clear instructions. Major kudos to the manufacturer. The welds are strong, the powder coating is thick and tough, and the design is spot-on. It arrived wrapped in eco-friendly materials, and the assembly manual is fantastic—full of photos and even a video link for extra help. Plus, they included a cool jackknife keychain as a bonus. It’s sturdy and fits a full-size hitch, so just make sure your vehicle has a hitch receiver. I love the tilting feature and the anti-sway bar that locks when you’re not using it. It’s a great value compared to more expensive carriers. Assembly took about 40 minutes; the instructions are okay, but you need to pay close attention to the diagrams. The rack works well, made of steel which I prefer for bike racks. It’s heavy, but that’s not an issue for me. I keep it near the vehicle for easy setup and trust it’ll hold up. I had to slightly widen one of the pre-drilled holes to fit a bolt, but it was an easy fix. The cradle bars are a bit shorter than some, but our full-size E bikes fit just fine. The locks are excellent—no worries about theft. It says it’s not for RVs or additional wheels, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

Rack is reasonably priced. Easy to assemble. Easy to load bikes on rack. I use the tilt feature to get rack out of the way when parked. Rack folds up to the bumper, out of the way. Front tire grip holds bike securely.good Product.TY

This is a great bike rack. I have had many bike racks over the years and this is my favorite. It is lightweight but strong enough to hold my 60 pound e-bike. It was easy to assemble and easy to put on and take off the hitch. I like the fact that it does not touch the bike itself. The supports go on the tires. The straps that go on the tires are very well made. The bike barely moves while transporting. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Start from the obvious, for the price, is a very solid bike rack. Assembly is pretty straightforward if you are capable, I think there's someone giving low rating because it use a metric... I guess that's what you expect out of online review. The product does provide tools for you, but obviously you'll be better off using your own tools. Reason for my one star deduction is there is a huge design flaw. If you look at their product picture, One shows bike rack fold behind the car. What it doesn't tell you is that, if you did follow the installing instruction, once you fold your bike rack, You cannot unfold it. That's because the front wheel lock will block the releae latch (pay special attention to their picture). Unless you have a hitch extension tube the sticks long behind the car and allows you to unfold the front wheel lock. You will not have enough clearance where you can release the handle. If you made that mistake, You got to use your fingers to lift the locking mechanism, and that is quite difficult. Instead, You have to unfold the front wheel lock if you want to position the whole thing vertically. But that means it's going to stick out from side of your vehicle. Alternatively, You could try to position the first bike rack as far away as possible so the release mechanism is not blocked by the wheel lock, or consider reverse the first and the second bike rack.

We have 4 inch tires and it works great for our two 70 pound e-bikes. It’s easy to install and has a lock. It’s heavy duty and very sturdy. It folds up nicely for storing. We are very pleased with this purchase.

After assembly we tried to fit our 26 inch e-bikes on there and was a complete disaster this was made for 30 inch and smaller crap buyer beware
