Used it for loading to ebikes on to bike carrier. Take your time and line up the front and back tire before you start loading. It works well.

Ramp did not match the bike carrier. Made it work using a fastener. Probably not the greatest idea . It was confusing to match up ramp to the carrier

We have a two bike Thule hitch rack for our bikes. When I researched ramps so I could easily load my light weight e-bike, the Thule website indicated that this would work with our older model rack. I also noticed that the illustration of the rack on the Amazon site seemed to have a bike rack similar to mine. However, it seems to only fit new models that have a receptacle for the prong of the ramp. I tried using this ramp by just propping it on the end of the bike rack, and it, of course, didn't stay put. The material is very light weight plastic and is narrow. Bike front and back wheels must be lined up perfectly. I will be returning the ramp and keep looking for one that works with my bike rack before giving in and buying a new rack with built-in ramp. For the material this is made from, $99 seems too steep.

I really feel like this is an isolated incident, but I'm still very disappointed. I absolutely love the rack, but the lights don't work! The version with the lights cost a couple hundred more dollars, but it was worth it to me! I started a support case with Thule and I will update my review pending their ability to resolve this problem.
