The bike rack works great and is very easy to operate. I use it on my pickup and it’s convenient to have the adjustable tilt feature so that I can open the tailgate when needed or to fold away the rack when I’m not using it. The hitch adapter tightens really well and there is no wiggle when mounted. The 2 arm locking makes it much easier to load and unload the bike. Both wheels drop into the arms and holds the bike in place while I tighten down the arms. Once it’s locked it, the bike seems to be in place really well. Highly recommend this to anyone as it feels to be a heavy duty rack at a fraction of the price of other brands.

I recently drove from South Florida to North Carolina with this bike rack, and it performed flawlessly. The rack feels super stable, even at high speeds.What's impressive is the value for money – it costs less than a third of traditional brand bike racks, yet performs equally well. Assembly is a breeze, requiring only basic DIY skills (if you can build with Duplo Legos, you're good to go!).Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this bike rack. Highly recommended!

I bought these rooftop bike mounts to make it easier for my family to get active and enjoy the outdoors. When I purchased them I did my research and bought car mounts that this product says works well with it. Nope. They came, I tried. I returned. Bought a different brand, and another, and another, and another - all allegedly compatible. Nope. None worked. When on the phone with a customer service rep from the last brand I purchase mounts from, she said this brand is the least compatible with Subaru car mounts. She suggested I return it but it’s past the 30 days. So I’m stuck with bike racks I can’t use.

I have waited quite a while to do this review. I really wanted to put this rack through its paces before forming an opinion. I have driven over 2000 miles cross country and locally with it. So here goes!The good:-It's light, which makes removal and installation easy.-The tilt function works well and doesn't require the removal of a pin. It's a very convenient integrated handle.-The strap mechanism itself for the rear tires is quick, fast, and secure. One of the better straps I've seen on carriers. However, see "The bad" for a caveat.The so-so:-The integrated hitch pin with lock is clever. Unfortunately, if you're running this in a 2.5" hitch with a reducing sleeve the pin barely reaches the outside holes of the actual hitch. To compound matters the anti-rattle device secures the carrier to the sleeve, so there is still play. After about 500 miles on the road one day, when I got to my destination, the pin had worked it's way out of my hitch hole and was moving back (see photo). Theoretically I could have lost the whole carrier, but with the weight of the bikes there was enough friction to keep everything there.-Speaking of the integrated anti-rattle feature. It's nice, but would be nicer if there was a knob and you didn't have to pull out an allen key.The bad:-The included cable lock is flimsy and barely a joke. There is so much clever engineering on this carrier that they really should incorporate a way to lock the tire holders with an integrated mechanism.-One of my rear tire straps vibrated apart and I lost the bottom base plate. Better hardware here would be appreciated. I suggest using a locking compound on these when assembling.Basically, I like this, but can't recommend it if you are running a larger HD 2.5" hitch with a reducer. For a normal 2" hitch it's good. Also, like ALL hitch carriers, you have to make sure that your bike's wheelbase will fit. For example, my buddy rides an XXL 29" wheeled mountain bike and he can't get his bike in any hitch carrier from any manufacturer, it's simply too big.

Easy to install but bikes were extremely wobbly when compared to other racks I used. It did hold them and I didn’t feel like they were going to fall off but it was more movement than any other rack I’ve used.

I have 3 bikes and 3 bike racks, this is my all time favorite. It is very sturdy and stable transport, I use on a Honda Pilot and can open the back without moving the bike rack, which makes for easy shopping and daily errands without having to remove the bike rack. TOOENJOY Folding Hitch Bike Rack transports my bikes without any movement what-so-ever, I can drive long distance without having to worry about my bikes moving in the wind on the highway. It locks into place, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind.

Easy to assemble, looks great and handles very well. You can put it on very easily in the car. It has refractory lights and great hold of the bike.
