Buying a rack online was not sure if it would be strong enough to hold up to two e bikes over rough roads but it is.Its Very ez to set up and very sturdy and has weight to it so very strong.

I recently took my two 170-pound e-bikes on a 200-mile trip using this rack, and it performed flawlessly. Despite miles of gravel, the rack held up perfectly. It accommodated my 5-inch tires with ease, and the smart, sturdy retaining mechanism securely locked the bikes in place, eliminating the need for extra cable locks.The ergonomic design made loading and unloading the bikes a breeze - I could do it solo without any hassle. Although it's a bit pricey, the quality and performance of this rack make it well worth the investment. Highly recommended!

This rack was perfect for my two eBikes. I have a Rad and a Senada and it is just what I needed to carry both. I have no concerns that it will hold up to the weight and it is easy to load and use. My only complaint is that the instructions are a little hard to follow as it sometimes tells you to use one kind of washer or another and the kit comes with something else, so you're left to figure it out.

This was a great bang for our buck and it fits our 90 lbs e-bike as well as our 75 lbs e-bike (not featured) that has a 5†fat tire. It tilts easily with the bikes on it, and my lift gate can open with plenty of clearance room to load and unload my cargo without having to take the bikes on and off the rack. We haven’t done a road test yet, so I’ll be back after we get more use out of it. Assembly was easy and it looks well made. I am super impressed with the strong Velcro straps that hold the tires in place. One assembly piece is missing for the part that bolts the upper arm in place so I had to take a star away. I’m sure we can rig something up with a bolt from the hardware store. It’s extremely sturdy and I can’t wait to ride our e-bikes on the beach or at the lake now! Yay!

I bought this bike rack to use with my Volkswagen ID.4. It came quicker than promised -- always a plus. The packaging was an A+ -- no damage, everything complete. Excellent padding to assure that despite its weight everything was pristine after the long journey from China. Negative offset: there is a lot of packaging to dispose of. Putting together was very clear. I had watched the video of the process but the directions were very clear. The only point I would raise is that the diagram for putting the wheel supports onto the cross bar seemed backwards. It required careful reading and an assumption of direction of travel. A simple arrow would have made it clearer. But in the end, I don't think you can do it backwards and end up with a usable rack. On the car, transporting a single heavy e-bike, things were rock steady. A little adjusting to match the wheelbase and that was all it took. Very happy with the choice.

Very easy to load the bikes. Secures the bike effectively and allows no shake or movement even on rough roads. We have e-bikes that weigh 75 pounds each and this each easily handles this weight. This is an excellent bike rack and very well designed. The tilt and fold features are very easy to use. My 3rd bike rack and by far the best one.

Bikes were damaged by the clamps, one fell off on the freeway. Adjustable locking crossbar frame clamps are difficult to raise, they get caught on the ratchet faces and don't move making it difficult to remove a bike. The tilt system also failed, at least in the locked position. Very disappointing product and a waste of money, especially given the damage to the bike.

I received this rack shortly after ordering it at amazon. I had not put it together until I needed it.wow just as expected , even better , cant go wrong with this rack , very high quality .
