I purchase a lot of these for products that I create and sell at a local market. I definitely went overboard with buying a 1000 pack - didn't consider how many I'd actually get. The bag is huge! You receive two 500 pack bags. These are perfect for dried herbs, teas, and spice containers.

I got these to put in my airtight containers with my 3d printer filament and they work just as expected, very good. I could not reuse the bag to store them in as it was ripped and the inner bag is all sealed up and tears apart when you open it. Would have been nice to have the exterior bag be in good shape so I could have stored them in the bag rather than putting all of them in my containers. Not a huge deal breaker, just annoying. Now the reason it only has 4 stars is that the product is confusing because they have some that will color change when they are saturated so you know when to unhydrate (de-water, hmmmm, brain freeze for the word I am looking for) them. Basically you put them in an oven, microwave, dehydrator to take the moisture out of the beads so you can re-use them over and over. They also have some that do not color change, which are the ones I am reviewing, so I do not know if you can re-use them or not. I am guessing not as the X in the chart in their pictures seems to say. Honestly I have no idea why they would do this as it would be helpful to use the color changing in all, no matter the size. Maybe it is something to do with food grade...I honestly do not know but for me having a bag for all your products whether they color change or not is just confusing and it would be more helpful to make them all change or use a different bag for the smaller ones.

I use these to dry out my hash and also keep my mushrooms cracker dry. Very useful and easy to use.I HIGHLY recommend.

As an avid 3D printer these type of silica gel packets are useful for putting inside open boxes of pla filament to stop moisture absorption.Decent sized simplistic and easy to use it's literally just put one in an area that you want moisture to be removed from it works better if they're in an enclosed environment

The packets are just the right size to pop one in a sealed jar of oatmeal or spices and similar products.They fit easily, keep the moisture level way down and extend the life of the jar contents.You can put two into a large spaghetti-sized glass container to extend the shelf life of the pasta, and you can put one each in every spice jar on your rack. They help keep spices from clumping up from excess humidity getting into the containers.Once they arrived, I put the entire package of them into their own glass jar, so they're not absorbing random moisture from the air leaking into the bag they arrived in.VERY happy with this purchase, and will be buying more as we find more places to use them.Plus, the fact they are "rechargeable", by putting them into a low-heat small oven space to dry them out again for re-use, is a great, added bonus.

I pacchettini di silica gel sono molto funzionali utili a prevenire il deterioramento degli oggetti proteggendoli dall'umidità presente, trovano impiego in numerosi oggetti tra cui elettronica, calzature ecc..La confezione in questione comprende 50 pacchettini di silica gel assorbi umidità . nonchè ovviamente il suo scopo cioè trattenerla a sè e non farla arrivare agli oggetti circostanti.L'efficacia devo dire che è apprezzabile ovvio che parliamo pur sempre di un pacchettino da 2 grammi quindi per posti piccolini quali esempio una scatola.La versatilità per l'appunto è il suo punto forte, riguardo la durata ovviamente dipende sempre dall'ambiente presente e quanta umidità c'è dentro di esso, può durare diversi mesi come diverse settimane ad esempio.Spero di essere stato d'aiuto con la mia recensione.Salvatore s.
