The fit is perfect - they easily pushed into place and seem secure. Yes, they're flimsier than the originals, but really, who wants to wash these things? These are pretty obviously disposable.

I got this for a oven range hood that I purchased at a big box store that you save a large amount of money at. I did a quick measurement and this matched the best, got it, and installation went well. Now I can touch the grates again without the worry of them sticking to my hand.

Does not include a non-vented style filter pad nor does it have tabs to attach to same.

The width of this filter is a little bit shorter than 14 1/4. Therefore, after installing both filters, there are 2 small gaps on the 2 sides. I compared these filters with the original and these filters are flimsy. I will not buy them again.
