Looks great but the inside diameter is 4 inches, not 3.5†like shown in the image.

We were replacing can lights with ceiling fans on our covered deck. The can lights were bigger in dimension than the fan casing was and repairing the stucco was not something hubby wanted to do. I suggested using a ceiling medallion, but they were $15-$30 each at the big box stores and would need to be painted. I ordered these, thinking they would be similar to what I found in stores. Instead of a thin, plastic-type material or even a slightly thicker composite-type material, these were quite thick and almost like a foam material. After making adjustments for their thickness (adding about 30 minutes of time, but it wouldn't have been an issue if we had known the thickness before ordering), they worked great. The hole in the middle was easy to cut to the exact size we needed, so the material actually worked in our favor for that. And the fans are beautiful. The medallions look like they belong. Hopefully they hold up well.

Don’t waste your money. Before I could return this my husband threw it away thinking it was trash. Ugh 50.00 wasted. Don’t make the same mistake, just spend more and go to Lowe’s.
