I bought this swim cap for my child two years ago for his swim class. It is made of very good materials, highly adjustable, and has an ear cover to prevent water from getting in the ears and causing discomfort. My son loves this cap as we have tried others before that were too tight and uncomfortable for him. I highly recommend it for parents whose children have slightly larger heads like mine.

If you are buying this for your 8 year old, and you're unsure whether to go with the smaller or larger size, I'd suggest the smaller size. We went with the bigger size and it let water in. I'm going to purchase the smaller size and hope that works.

I love the fact that there were two colours. My son uses them for swim lessons. They are thick and stretch. I anticipate that they will last a long time. No leakage at swim time. Cost is great for what you get.

I got them for my daughter who loves to swim. Cap cover her long hair and work as expected, water doesnt get into hair at all. It big enough to cover head and long hair. It been almost a year she is using it weekely once atleast and it hasnt torn or ripped yet. Very good quality. Donot look for anyother just go for this you wont be disappointed
