This isn't of enough quality to be a frequently worn item, but for a costume now and then it is perfect. This advertises as a two pack, but there was only one in the bad. Lights aren't super bright, but bright enough to be seen, even in a lit room.

Could stand to stretch more but it worked like it was supposed to. Wasn't a flattering tutu but I honestly don't think it's supposed to be. It was used as part of a costume and we got several compliments on how cute they were. For that, I would recommend it

While they'll work for my project, the tutus are quite thin, and you can see the wiring through the tule fabric. There's also far fewer lights than pictured, and the wiring is very haphazard inside the tutu's minimal layers. If you're looking for a super quick one-shot item that you'll be wearing stuff under because you can see EVERYTHING through the tutu (thought I could just do bike shorts, but those showed through as well), then this I guess will work? I don't have enough time to return and go find something else at this point for the project I'm doing, so they will have to do.

This skirt is amazing! The two layers makes it brighter, the only concern I have its that its neon orange. Regarding fit, it’s expandable, so it will fit any size. The led lights are super bright, it’s the perfect skirt for Halloween.
