I thought there would be more layers of tulle but it was pretty thin. It was functional and cute. Served the purpose so I a happy with the purchase.

The yellow is much more muted in person. It fluffed out nicely. Is pretty cheaply made, with cheap materials. Had a strange odor when I opened it so I had to spray it with perfume.

Wore this for the Desert Breast Cancer walk in Palm Desert, CA. I wore calf length stretch yoga leggings and my breast cancer T Shirt with a crystal crown in my hair Nice elastic waist and light weight, not hot at all. It was a magical, fun outfit.

The tutu I received was way too small. But the smell on it was horrible. It came in a vacuumed sealed bag. But it smelled horrible. I immediately requested a refund.
