The quality was nice. Ordered for child’s end of the year school celebrations. It arrived on time. Tutu is super short. Stops right below bottom. We paired it with dark leggings.

Very cute tutu, however it’s child sized. I’m a size 10, and it just made it over my hips (39 inch hip). So if you are a smaller size, it will fit like a normal tutu. Any larger, and it will look like you’re either wearing a kid’s tutu, or a belt.

I don't understand why there are some bad reviews. I love the tutu!! The entire tutu is awesome!!!!!! The waist band is thick, the fabric of the entire tutu is thick. It is glittery, so if you are not a fan of glitter, don't purchase as glitter does rub off on your skin. I'm a chubby woman, im a size 14. So this tutu did fit me perfect. If you are heavy set I would not recommend buying as it won't fit. I don't feel it's true to size/size fits all.

Excellent quality & superior material with an exceptional eye for detail!This tutu along with a red sequin buster was worn by my daughter for Halloween posing as Wonder Woman. No other Wonder Woman costume could compare to hers! Rubies always knocks it out of the box with their costumes! If it’s not from Rubies - it’s not a Halloween Costume!
