With the unpredictable weather, we bought these for Disney! Great thicker material, great length and it was easy enough for my 5 year olds to put on themselves! Color is blue and see through like the picture! They served their purpose and we didn't have an issue

It is a cheap material. My daughter tried it on and when she went to unbuckle one of the buttons the area around the button tore, however you get what you pay for. It was a nice length on her but the hood seemed small.
