This solar panel is very nice and works well. I have tested it and it charges my camera great and I do not have to go up to take the battery out. It was also very easy to install and is pretty durable. I would definitely recommend buying this item. It is definitely worth the price.

I don't have to worry about it charging because it does it's job. Lately we have had barely any sun or light. I am impressed it still charges, but not to a full charge. But I blame our weather. I am happy with this product. I thought it was a good price. It was on sale when I bought it.

We purchased this solar charger for our Ring camera in the backyard. It appeared to work for a week or so, but then stopped. It hasn't worked since. I don't know if it was a bad seed or the product was poor. I feel the product wasn't as good as the original Ring panels, but I needed a higher wattage to charge our camera with tracking motion for the backyard. I guess we will just have to keep charging the batteries by cord each month.

I bought one of these 7 watt solar panels to keep the batteries charged on a new Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, Battery. I'd give it 5 stars if the app recognized it, but it doesn't. I was curious how well it would work, so I mounted the camera & solar panel without fully charging the batteries in the camera. 1 battery showed 36% & the other showed 57% on the app. The solar panel charged both batteries to 100% in less than 48 hours with all of the camera settings set for the highest power usage. Tip, apply a bit of silicone caulking around where the cable plugs into the camera to waterproof it.

This solar panel has been good to me for 6 months now. It recently fell off my house into a wheel barrel with water then froze and it still works fine.

I had a spare battery that I rotated between 3 camera(2 Spotlight Cam Plus and 1 Doorbell). I wanted to try the solar option to keep my battery topped off, and for the deal(Prime Day), couldn't pass this one up.One battery was at 87% when connected and charged to 100% within an hour or so. My other one, it stayed on 85% for about a day(maybe due to the location) but it gets good sunlight. But after a day, it's also now at 100%. Both my Spotlight Cam Plus have stayed at 100%. Will see when the fall/winter months come and how they hold out.

It took me about an hour to in stall, and that is a old man looking at it and going maybe over here or over there. If I took out my time for deciding the location to put it and running around to gather my tools, it only took about 15 minutes. When I plugged the solar panel in the battery was 87%. I looked at it 30 minutes later to see if it was charging and to my supprise the battery was 100% charged. This is the first one of the solar panels I have gotten for the Ring. I don't know if the others work this way, but I am really happy with this one so far. June 19, 2024 Still working perfectly battery has been 100% the whole time
