Update: The dealer valve lasted one year...but we are sure it's our fault. Yes we drained the lines and left them open, but we didn't make sure that the RV antifreeze got to the connection. So, we used the spare we had bought and it works perfectly....for a year. Apparently, we didn't learn our lesson and Spring of 21 we found out the spare had a small leak. We ordered 2 more. So we have a new one installed and a new spare. This Fall we will be more careful. We are still very pleased with this product. Even if we screw this up again it's still a quick cheap fix.So this Spring on our first trip with our camper this valve decided it had enough of MN winters and split wide open. Being far away from home and needing a working toilet that didn't leak I ran to a small local dealer who had one in stock and the total was $54.39 from them and I was informed that this is an ultra common thing with this model (our other two campers had a different model of toilet) so I got home and did some digging to get a spare on board for future use and came across this unit. I rolled the dice since the price was so low and it arrived today. I can not tell a single difference between this one and the one that came from the dealer. I will update when I have to use it if it is much different. I thought I would say something to at least save other campers a few dollars when out on the road.

I put this in my trailer in December, I’ve had nothing but problems with it for the last month, it wouldn’t work sometimes, it would stay on other times, it would trickle sometimes, but today when I was about to go to bed, I had to pee, so I flushed and it stayed running no matter what. I had to shut the water off and now I’m going to have to run to an rv supply store for a new one so I have a useable toilet. Hopefully they have one in stock. There isn’t hard water here, so that isn’t the problem. The thing wore out quickly.

I'm getting good at replacing this valve every year,,, can't drain all the water out so you should use RV antifreeze in system if you don't want to replace this valve every spring

Easy to install. The second is a backup as the item wears out frequently.

Foot flush on my campers toilet was not working. Was very pleased how easy it was to change the damaged part for a new one. Youtube videos were helpful to know what I needed to do. Took me longer to get the factory socket head screw out than it did to do the rest of the job. It was in a blind area and a pain to get to. The kit came with Philips screws as a replacement and they were much easier to deal with. Got an extra one to keep on hand.. just in case.. cheap DIY fix that will save you BIG bucks at the camper store.

I was a little worried about some of the negative reviews of the off brands but when I read that the OEM version was also problematic I opted for this one. It looks and feels like the original. Came with all the bits listed. Gave it a water test before installing. All good. It's only been a few days but works great. Even better, it was delivered right to our camp site!

J’ai installé la valve et après 3 jours elle coule plus et pas au même endroit ! Elle coule maintenant au niveau du piston de la pédale !

Fit was good, and the price was fantastic. The rv place wanter triple the cost for the exact same thing.
