I usually tow a small cargo/utility trailer straight to a campsite with no stops so I didn't need a lock. These make it so much easier to attach and remove the trailer.

works well for my homemade tractor hitchi bought an agrifab spreader for my cub cadet.. and couldnt get the bar height correct.. i improvised, homemade special...these long pins helped solve it..i recommend

I garden and use various lawn tractor pull items. It was always a hassle to mess with the standard pin with the cotter pin. I used my yard cart yesterday with the normal pin just tucked in and it let loose and i had to use the cotter pin. I used this today without a cotter pin and i did not have any instance of my cart coming unhooked. It Does come with a cotter pin but i did not have to use it.
