Every sourdough recipe reminds you to not sprinkle too much flour when shaping etc. I can finally comply! Also use them to lightly dust the banneton too. Great value for the money! I use one for bread flour and keep one in my rice flour. Enjoy!

I started making my own powders from dehydrated chiles, and I was hoping there was a tool that would allow me to dust dehydrated peaches and pears for an extra kick. My dreams have been answered.

Cool and useful little kitchen gadget. This can be used for more than sugar. Try cocoa powder and other powder's plus some spices as well. Cinnamon anyone?? Definitely worth it.
