My wife hates sifting when she bakes and she's constantly getting bowls to weight everything. This truly makes it much easier and it works really well. Only downside is I wish it would match the mixer. But that's just my .02

Here's the thing. This product is a fame-changer for anyone who bakes a lot. Keeps your space soooo much tidier, makes it more efficient, and everything tastes better because you've thoroughly sifted the exact amount of dry ingredients that you needed.Here's the rub: Don't drop any of the parts! Lord help you if you even break one part. Replacing that part is dang near impossible. I had to pay about $50 (about half the price we originally paid) after I dropped the hopper, rendering the whole sifter useless. Called the number. That was a project bc they had the hardest time I understanding which part I needed bc it doesn't show up in the system. Finally got it ordered. It would be thrreeeee months before it arrived. Fine. It arrived. They'd sent the wrong piece!!!! Had to go through the fun process of returning it. Reordered the piece. Never arrived at all. Then, COVID hit, so it just wasn't a priority. Now, I'm back in the holiday baking season and am dying without my electric sifter (and it's a pretty pricey thing to just be sitting on a shelf!).Buy it. Just don't expect to get any use out of it if you break any part of it.

This attachment makes adding flour to my mixer bowl a breeze. No more trying to pour the flour from the side or stopping the mixer and lifting the blade to get it in. Plus the added perk that it gets sifted. The best attachment that I have ever gotten for my KitfhenAid.

Always wanted this add-on. A bit cumbersome to use the mixer while it is connected, so once I am done with it - I take it off. Works so well and really makes my baked goods fluffier (if I could ever compare…)“Dirty†parts can be cleaned separately and easy to store in the original box that is so great.
