Probably most homeowners don't realize that dishwashers installed under granite or marble require a special "side mount" bracket. It does not come with the dishwasher and is ordered separately. The difficulty is finding the right one to order with all the different manufacturers and models. This one I ordered worked for my new Frigidaire dishwasher. I was very happy with this purchase.PS. I had to order another bracket for a GE from another vendor; unfortunately that one did not work. So beware.

My dishwasher fell out of its hole when I opened the door and my lower tray rolled out across the kitchen floor! The brackets broke (It was installed 14 years ago) Try to find the brackets for your old dishwasher. We looked everywhere and nothing was compatable that would work...but...Amazon had what we needed and it fixed the problem! The brackets were the exact match and installed easily.

Pre-drilled cabinet mounting hole is centered for thicker cabinets. Had to trim it down a bit, otherwise it slightly projected beyond cabinet face. Sharp edge. Easilt trimmed with a file.Two sets of screws, long and short. Use short to attach to dishwasher otherwise longer screws might poke through into interior.If cabinet is particle board, drill a pilot hole to prevent splitting.

I figured that it'd be a hassle removing the old brackets (crimped) after one of the old brackets broke. I just used a flathead screwdriver and a hammer to get under the old bracket. They popped right off. I drilled starter holes, the new brackets were a perfect fit so, no problem aligning them with the holes, under the counter. I was a happy customer. Now, our dishwasher is anchored the best it's ever been. Even a Contractor that had remodeled our kitchen, didn't get it right. THANKS!!! 😊

came with no instructions although its not difficult to figure out...holes on Frigidaire dishwasher frame do not line up with these side mount brackets so it is not a replacement for the model number it claims to fit.

Right shape for my frigidaire, but the screws to attach to the dishwasher were wrong, so couldn't use those. Then I found the scoring/stamping to shorten each bracket wasn't adequate for just breaking off with pliers, so had to cut the end off. Doesn't include the plastic plugs, so if your dishwasher sits forward such that you need to anchor through the tub, you might consider buying the oem kit.
