We use the magnetic clips for our yard to haul around boats. Our tractor isn't equipped with the technology to disarm the brakes so we use this magnetic clip to disable the brakes on the trailers. Only downside is that after 30-40 uses. The magnet came out and we had to use super glue behind the magnet to keep it in.

We use these at our marina when we need to move boat trailers around that have the UFP coupler. They tabs fit in the slot preventing the brakes from setting when pushing the trailer backward. The magnets hold very well. So well, that sometimes it can be a bit difficult to dislodge them. All in all they work fine and hold up well especially since we probably use them more in a week than someone might use in several years time.

When this devices are in place and you are backing up the boat trailer, the trailer doesn't lock up and stop moving.
