If I would have known sooner that I can buy something like this I would have bought it the first day I had my trailer.I use this on my boat trailer that constantly locks up the breaks when I start reversing the small key that comes with with the trailer constantly falls out.Definitely works perfect and so happy to have that magnet hold it in place

So much easier to have this attached to your trailer. Magnet is strong and seems really secure. I would recommend!

Had problems with a shorted wire and couldn't back up. Fixed problem but carry this now if it happens again.

Item was too wide to fit into brake slot. Only option for return was to take to Whole Foods. There is not one near me.

These magnets are a must have with the UFP surge actuator. A magnet against the stock lockout works just as good but this is bright orange and easy to see, and easy to remove.The one that I received, the powder coating was a little too thick causing the lock out not to fit flush in its slot (see pictures). A little modification with a hammer removed the offending powder coat and now I’m able to fit it in the recess. The unfortunate part will be if it rusts now due to the exposed metal.If you get one with a little better quality control, I’d give it 5 stars. As is, 4 stars, due to the modification needed to use it

Perfect fit and the magnet is really strong, so it doesn't move at all.
