Bought this to go with the enameled cast iron dutch oven I bought for a gift for my daughters birthday. Worked great. No need for parchment paper. Lifts the bread right out. Nice addition to the pot.

I use this for my sourdough loaves - it is so much easier than using parchment paper! It is heat resistant and fits perfectly in my Aldi bread oven!! The sourdough does not stick to it during baking

It is not big enough for my 6 qt dutch oven. My bread sticks to the pan because it overflows the liner.
