I like the size of this large rolling mat. Dishwasher safe and dual purpose in the oven are extra nice. The mat is made well, has a nice thickness, but is still very pliable to roll up. No slip, measurements and care directions are printed on the mat for convenience.

I made Bread as soon as I received this Mat. It is large enough to roll out any type of loaf or pastry and not have to rearrange the whole work area. The quality of the mat is 8 or 9 out of ten. It's not too flimsy, and not thick. It adheres well to the counter so the mat is not sliding around while working. The cut-out template gives a large 25 inch radius, large enough for anything I can think of. I bought the red colored one. A nice subdued color that does not stand out and require attention to the mat itself. The mat came with a dough cutter and a elastic type band for roll up storage. The price was excellent. I highly recommend this mat for baking bread and pastries. I suggest to buy the largest one that will fit on your counter top because baking can be a messy business with dishes and flour everywhere. This allows the work to stay in one spot. Then for cleanup, lift the mat and rinse. Super easy.

I like it but I think I’m going to re-buy the smaller one. I got the biggest dimensions and it’s a little too big for me to use. Lol. I’m still going to keep it though :)

Fits perfectly on my counter. Great surface for working dough. Cleans easily then rolls up for storage. Great accessory at a great price.

I have a newish black glass stove top. My previous was speckled glass amd SO much better. This black glass is delicate and has to be babied. A grain of salt shows up on it. Difficult to clean. Scratches like crazy. I hate it. The old one, I literally used as a razor cutting mat. Touch as nails and easy to clean and hid crumbs and such. It seems quality appliances should improve after 20 years - this thing wasn’t cheap.Anyway - I searched Amazon like a woman possessed. Looking for something to place on the top when not in use to protect this precious black glass as I use it as a work station. The way my kitchen is configured, it is a “drop zone†while prepping, etc. I found some solid black shelf liner cut to fit that worked and looked good, but it had no heat resistance and I was scared I’d inadvertently melt this stuff because it takes forever to cool down after use. Needed something else, preferably silicone. NOTHING I found was correct dimensions. I even tried 2 silicone mats on top, side by side. Left an unprotected border or covered/extended past edges. Wanted it to be black or beige to match counters.This is the ONLY thing I found with the correct dimensions. Not perfect but by far the best option. I chose the gray as it blended a bit better. HATE the writing, but I flip it over. Writing still visible, it’s toned down.This is NOT super thick. I have several sheet pan liners of same material and they are thicker. Again, this was the only option. I can partially roll it up to utilize 2 burners. Can put it back shortly after cooking and wiping surface (dammit, another scratch on the glass from moving a skillet around, stupid #%+¥^#* black glass!). I can use it for its intended purpose of dough rolling, kneading, etc. Love that part. Easy to wipe off or wash.So, if you are in a similar situation, measure the stove top and see if this fits. It’s a giant, slightly thinner Silpat. If you’re a baker, it’s MORE than enough for any stuff you need, probably even for commercial baking! ;). It isn’t, however, super thick.Boo! Frigidaire Gallery big oven stove. Yay, this mat for specific use. Meh, the color. Hope this is helpful.

Works well on my counter. Sticks so I can work pie dough, making homemade tortillas. Easy clean-up and peels off counters with ease. I roll the mat up and store with rolling pin.

I really like the quality and size, does not slip, can be washed or clean with a damp cloth, can be rolled or folded for storage, I wish I bought when it was on sale but still worth the money

Cumple lo que promete. El tamaño es justo para que no se ensucie la mesa por fuera. No se resbala, se limpia fácilmente. Es mucho más fácil amasar y ya no tengo que usar tanta harina sobre la mesa.

This is a wonderful dough kneading mat. So glad I purchased it! It stays in place as you work on dough and it is very easy to clean! Definitely recommend it!
