Thank you everyone who previously made reviews, particularly the warning about tank exchange versus refilling. I talked to the local AirGas guy & he confirmed that they usually swap tanks & your refill tank may not be as nice as the new tank you bring in, BUT he did say they will refill a tank if you leave it with them to be refilled when their supplier fills their big tank. I bought TWO tanks so I can keep my beautiful new tanks (they came with plastic net sleeves to protect them). The SIPHON TUBE comes INSTALLED & is indicated by “ET†stamped on the neck of the bottle. This is worth mentioning in the description, Amazon.

Tank is great, no problems whatsoever, just make sure somewhere near you actually Fills them... Most places only give you THEIR tanks and Exchange THEIR tanks... so you basically if you're looking to use this for your Co2 needs, alot of you will not be able to find somewhere local to fill it.Figure that out first, THEN buy the tank. other than that great condition, arrived damn fast... and no problems with the tank.

To work with the newer SodaStream cylinders, you will need a CO2 Cylinder Refill Adapter Connector Kit CGA320 Thread Set. Do not use the valve insert (sorry, I don't have the instructions with me to refer to it properly, but it's the insert that uses the hex wrench to screw it in). These steps worked for me:1. Place the empty SodaStream cylinder in the freezer for about 30 minutes before filling.2. Weigh the empty SodaStream cylinder and note the weight. (A new SodaStream cylinder weighs about 2lb 9oz. If you have a full one, weigh it to confirm.)3. Attach the SodaStream cylinder and barely open the valve on the tank. You should hear the liquid pass into the Soda Stream cylinder. After about 25-30 seconds, remove and weight the SodaStream cylinder. If less that full, reattached and slowly fill a little at a time, reweighing it until you get near full. Do not overfill.4. Do this at your own risk. SodaStream warns against refilling.

I bought this to refill CO2 60L Canister Cylinders for carbonated water. It came with a recent Hydrostatic testing, which is good for 5 years. The siphon tube is crucial to make it work without having to turn the tank upside down. The valve is smooth and easy to operate. The tank comes empty, you need to find a place that can refill it with food grade CO2, without trading it. It took only 5 minutes for them to refill the tank.

I just received it. It seems to be of excellent quality, the top of the cylinder it's not brushed shinny aluminum, but it still looks really good and it came with a carrying handle.

Very nice cylinder. Delivered as promised in great condition. These can be tough to find at the current time. The price was very good and the service matched it.

Nice, professional piece of equipment! I use it to refill my "sodastream" small tanks with an adapter I found online (do a google search....there is one from germany that is particularly easy to use with loads of videos on "how-to")….and I am saving a ton of money by using this tank. Contrary to popular belief you should refill your "sodastream" at room temperature. IMHO, I have found that chilling the smaller tanks that go into the "sodastream" machine puts TOO much gas into it and when you press the button on the dispenser sodastream machine it has a tendency to overfill the bottle of (I use distilled water), thus wasting way too much gas! This is a superb product and by all means do get the dip tube model other wise you cannot refill your "sodastream" refill tanks with ease!Superb product that meets all the regulations and DOT requirements so don't let anyone at the gas refill place give you a line of malarkey about how the tank doesn't meet manufacturing regulations, psi minimum, etc.!. Just show them the paper documentation that comes with the tank (SMART MANUFACTURER w/their phone number that instructs air & gas refill places to call them TOLL FREE if they need any "documentation about quality control, etc.) and that'll shut him/her up in a hurry!!Hey gents,....I spend a small fortune in time, energy, and money buying and using stuff here on amazon so, if this review was HELPFUL,....well you know what to do! Many thanks!
