Love to use them to clean my sewing machine. It's long enough to reach deep spaces without leaving lent. I even use them to applied sewing machine oil in places I can't reach.

Cleaning equipment with regular cotton swabs usually results in pieces of the head remaining where you were cleaning. These hold up quite well and haven't had a problem with the head falling apart or leaving residue. The stick is quite sturdy as well so this makes cleaning so much easier and faster.
