We have just concluded a delightful meal featuring turkey that was expertly prepared using this roaster oven. It turned out wonderfully well, achieving a beautiful brown hue all over. While I adhered to a particular dry-brining technique, I also incorporated a few additional tips sourced from YouTube to ensure that browning was achieved. Remarkably, this allowed me to cook an 18-pound turkey in just under three hours. So far, everything has been absolutely fantastic.

Upon deciding to buy, I found myself pondering whether a 22-quart roaster was truly necessary. However, now that I've made the choice, I have no intention of ever looking back! I am thoroughly enchanted by it, as it not only cooks food evenly but also boasts a multitude of functions, such as thawing, keeping dishes warm, and, of course, cooking.
