Some complaints I read about were that the pins are individually wrapped and they had to unwrap them before using. This is actually a positive for me. Don't unwrap all the pins. Only the ones you use at the time of use. I now know which pins are being used and which ones need to be checked for wear. Ones that are wrapped don't need to be sent for calibration which reduces the cost tremendously.

Don't let the price and these being generic discourage you from buying. Very good quality. I am a machinist and my company supplies gage pins and gage blocks. It is nice having my own set, then i don't have to walk across the shop or look around for the one's that i need, that someone else is using...or did not put back.

Fantastic set of pin gauges for the money. I only use these maybe once a month, so cost was an issue in my decision NOT to spend hundreds of dollars on a set of these that would only see limited use.

Measured a few using Mitotoyo verniers, and they are spot on. For the money, they are great!
