Cast-in-place L-bolts, just like the description advertised. All bolts accounted for, each had a washer and nut. Seem to be good quality, at least, as good as I can tell by looking at them. Nuts screwed on fine; no problems there. Threads are good, bolts are straight (minus the intentional bend), nuts are large and sturdy, washers are thick and relatively heavy. Can't really speak to their longevity or whatever, but I wouldn't be able to do that with any hardware I bought anywhere. These seem to be what I need, and they seem to be the product as described.
