Love this roaster. Its large size makes it perfect for cooking a Thanksgiving turkey or making a side dish for a large gathering. I was careful to place trivets underneath as the instructions (and reviews) cautioned it becomes hot during use—and it did. The 12 pound turkey cooked in less than two hours and was moist. I was happy that the inside pan of the unit comes out and was easy to clean. I don’t have a double oven, so this roaster fit the bill. It’s large, so plan ahead where you will store it before you buy it. I highly recommend this roaster, especially for the holidays.

Love this roaster.Works as it should.No issues.Customer service was excellent.I had wanted a certain color, and the company messaged me right away to let me know that color was not available and gave me an option for different color.Very good customer service.
