This cooker heats up very quickly, cooks up turkey evenly and does a wonderful job, will be using this cooker every chance I get. Highly recommend this product.

Overall the roaster was great. Had an issue with the cover but the company took care of it.My turkey was fabulous . Moist, browned beautiful and clean up was awesome .I would highly recommend . It’s few and far between these days to have a company stand by their products.But Sunvivi does. Cherry was fantastic in getting everything taken care of.

Large size and easy temperature controls makes this our go-to for turkey and other larger roasts.It also works great for group functions because we can make it at home and then bring the whole cooker to the function and plug it in to finish or keep warm.

The item is unlevel. One of the feet in push in.Update. The seller replaced the item with little problem. You would be happy dealing with them.

This roaster/cooker works really well and is very easy to clean. I have only cooked a large pork roast with potatoes and carrots in it thus far, but I was really impressed with how it performed. It seems to be great quality and is really easy to use. It's definitely large enough to cook a large roast, turkey, or ham, making it great for large families or to use for get togethers. There were only two things that I didn't like about it. The first isn't that big of a deal. It emitted a horrible chemical-like smell the first several minutes I initially used it. That's pretty normal for this type of product and the smell did eventually go away. I didn't take off a star for that since it was temporary and not unusual, but I thought I should mention it. The reason I did take off a star is because the outside gets insanely hot while the cooker is used. I touched near the control knob and it felt like the skin on my fingers was melting off. I have used a lot of various types of cookers and have never had the outside shell be that hot to touch. They do get hot sometimes depending on the setting, but not that scorching hot on a lower setting. I learned my lesson by touching it and won't do that again, but people with children definitely need to be mindful of it. A child or adult could burn themselves badly if they touched it, especially if the roaster is on a higher setting. Overall, I really like this roaster a lot and it provides a really great versatility (roasting, slow cooking, and baking) that I needed in my kitchen. I'm definitely glad I got it and would recommend it to others.

I used this 5×s. Once making chili once making beans and roasts the rest of the times. Every time i use it parts of the inside of the pan are flaking off into my food. I have owned many of these type of roasters not this brand and never had one do this before. I am now out of warranty I'm so glad I added protection to it so I can get my money back. Definitely not worth the money much better brands out there. I will never buy this brand again. It also gets water all over the area its sitting on. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Very disgusting with the whole unit. It had rust on the main body, it had a dent in the side, and it was very unlevel.
