These took over a month to arrive. And when they did, it looks as if someone decided not to finish fabrication and just through the parts in a box.The metal brackets were not installed. And no instructions were provided. Looking at the picture, it looks like there should be a slot to hold the bracket in the walnut piece. Except, there is no slot. Instead there is a single screw hole. But no screws. And if I screw on the bracket on the outside it ruins the look. If I screw it on the inside, there's very little wood for it to grip because there is a cut out on the inside to accommodate the bracket IF it was inserted into a groove as depicted.Waste of time and money.

When I read that those book ends were heavy duty, I thought that maybe it would work for holding up record albums. Well, no.. everything fell. Ok, so I know record albums do not stand like books but those book ends are in my opinion flimsy.
