This series hose fitting connector has a male end for connecting to threaded pipe conforming to National Pipe Thread (NPT) standards.
WIDELY USED
Brass can be connected to copper, brass, plastic, aluminum, and welded steel, and the relative softness of brass threading. This connector is suitable for use in pneumatic, and plumbing applications.
SOLID
The hose barb fittings are made of brass, which is considered more durable for heavy-duty use. It has greater strength than cast brass.
EASY TO INSTALL
A hose barb connection on one end and a npt female connection on the other. Easy to use and install. It is widely used to connect tube or pipe.

Nice threads and perfect for fuel or fresh water. I wouldn’t use brass in saltwater but these are fine for their intended use. Nice clean cut threads for no leakage. You must use a thread sealant of course
