Nice cheese slicers! I’ve never used a cheese slicer before and I am wondering where this has been all my life! Seems to be decent quality and well made. I hand wash them, never put them in the dishwasher, and they wash well. No tarnishing so far. Good quality for the price!

I ordered this for easily preparing cheese snack plate my husband and I enjoy several times a week. I love how quickly this gets cheese sliced! I use the single slicer to cut a section from block cheese, and then use the butter/cheese slicer to finish it up. It slices evenly and nicely, but I do have to turn over the cheese/slicer at the bottom and gently press the cheese the rest of the way through. I'm not exactly sure if I am doing something wrong, or it's just the design, but it does not completely slice through all the way to the bottom. I should probably just pull the cheese up out of the slicer to make that part easier, but my brain seems averse to doing it that way for some reason. This cheese slicer combo makes prepping a cheese plate a lot quicker!

This slicer is completely worthless. It broke halfway through the very first slice, making it totally unusable. Cheaply made and not worth the money—I can't recommend it.

I thought this multi-wire slicer would be really handy for making a lot of the same size slices; like for a party spread. My wife's only comment was that she'd rather have a choice of thickness. I have to admit the slices it makes are a bit thick for my taste. Can't please everyone I guess.The single wire slicer is really pointless; fragile and unwieldy. I'd much rather use a regular knife to make the first broad cut.

I hate when everyone just destroys butter with their knifes - just making a mess and this butter slicer is a game changer. Just take the cold butter out of fridge, run this over it and voila lovely little pats of butter perfect for use. The cheese slicer works beautifully as well cutting right thru hard and soft cheese so you can get thin or thick slices to your choosing. Great set that everyone should have!

These are nice stainless steel butter and cheese slicers. They seem to be well made and work well. FYI: the butter slicer works best if you let the butter sit out a few minutes at room temp, but still works even with cold butter--just requires a little extra pressure.
