Seems to be fine so far, already installed it and have cut holes with no issues. These are tricky. You have to tighten them enough so the pin doesn't slip, bit if you over tighten them, they break. You have to find a happy medium

These appear to be a knockoff brand because Malco branded ones come in a plastic sleeve that says Malco. But these seem OK. They are the same price as Malco but generic.
