Really sturdy and tbh I like how much more stable these are, not as bouncy as the original...Im replacing the original because sadly it was stored in a weird angle and it made it be in a looking up permanent state rather than looking straight and can't fix it. so going with these and they work so good

The product was good and worked as it should when mounting to Tri pod but do be careful! I had set up my camera and Tri pod then knocked it over walking buy and it broke the red plastic tab. The plastic is kinda brittle.

I have a cold shoe that clamps to my cage. I use this to attached my rode micro. Works great and replaced my broken oem mount.

There is nothing shock mounting about this product. The unit is made of stiff plastic. It doesn't flex at all. The base is metal and that feels quality but the materials made to hold the mic up does nothing to absorb unwanted sounds from disturbances.

I've had this little microphone for nearly decade and the poor thing took a fall with this camera so I ordered these new mounts. The only comments I have are: it's a tight fit, you'll have to apply some pressure for it to snap into place. Also, you're losing shock absorbing capabilities, this is a hard mount - it shouldn't be an issue unless you're a heavy stepper and you're running for some reason. So overall, a really solid build and price considering it's a 2 pack. I'll update the review if something changes my opinion!

Mount are very solid. They appeared like they might have some bounce or movement to them and that is not the case. They are a hard inflexible plastic. Works for me though. Softer mounts always sag after a bit.

Not worth it. Very hard plastic and will not give you the dampening you need for a sensitive shotgun mic. Spend the money on a better product.

It's just trash TBH, it will hold your mic, but its not the least bit flexible, so its not going to absorb any shocks.
