Pictures in the product page implies the magnet bars are much larger. They're actually a size you would expect in a prize in a Christmas cracker. Something you would buy at a dollar store.

The magnets are much weaker than expected. Their small size (3 inches) does not make a good presentation of a magnetic field when used with iron filings.

Doesnt attract and repel hardly at all, I have more magnetic force in the closure on my iPad cover. Go with something else and if you find it let me know. I didn't expect much for the price. Still looking for some good magnets to teach school with.
