This was a good deal for the amount of seeds. They all grew when I planted them.

Photos are from last years seeds - from Deluxe Valley. Good variety of seed, and a great sprout percentage. A few years ago, I got my first variety pack from this company, to plant in my new garden. This is no bs - everything I planted sprouted, & grew to harvest!I consider an 80% sprout rate good, and these seeds do that and more, but I never use the full pack of seeds, my garden is only 15' x 20'.I was shopping for seeds to plant for this spring, and got tempted to buy seeds from a different company, because they had smaller 25 seed packets - meaning less seeds wasted. I was really disappointed with the sprouting percentage. Some of the seed variety didn't even have one seed sprout out of 25 seeds. So, here I am in May, not much happening in my garden. Not even a radish grew, and we all know radish is one of the easiest things to grow. I have a couple carrots growing, 3-4 of the greens I planted. So I'm going to plant late, and figure out a way to keep the garden cooler during these hot months so everything doesn't bolt.A few days ago, I ordered this brand of seeds again. I'm going to stick to the self proven seeds.

Great selection, haven't planted anything yet so giving 5 stars is based on the selection and assumption that they will germinate fine.

Most of the plants each only produced 1 vegetable or none at all. One snall dpaggetti squash. One grapefruit-sized pumpkin. One zucchini. No turnips. No cabbage. One tiny watermelon. About 6 tiny pickles. A little bit of greens. No green beans. Lots of tomatoes. No broccoli. One deformed ear of corn. Disappointed with lack of harvest.

We put them in our little free library and they were very popular.

My Mom is 70 years young and still swears by Greene Valley Seeds for her gardens. She still plants her 350 feet by 300 feet and her 210 feet by 210 feet gardens every year with 2 foot material covered walkways. The walkways started out being covered with old hay and straw, then newspaper and cardboard, and now some have landscape fabric. Greene Valley Seeds have supplied our family and extended families with GREAT vegetables and fruits for many many years. My Mom learned gardening, harvesting and preserving skills from her Mother and Grandmother. Greene Valley Seeds has NEVER let them down. Generally the reason seeds do not germinate is due to gardener error of not planting at the right time, upkeep of soil conditions and watering correctly. Mom always says, "You have to treat every seed like a baby...give it a nice soft bed, plenty of food and water, not too much heat and of course talk to it with Love." Of course that might sound corny, but it has a lot of truth in how to be a good gardener. From sticking that single seed into the soil at the correct depth, to seeing that first leaf pop up is so exciting! Greene Valley Seeds in our view is a great way to have a successful garden. We hope you stay an All American Seed Company!

I put these seeds in my hydroponics system and they sprouted pretty quickly but ones that grew were good but there were definitely a lot of dead seeds

I put them in a glass jar and stored them in a cool dry area in case the world goes nuts. At that time, we'll grow some food. This is a great peice and they will last a long time if stored properly.
