There were a few plates that were defective a badly poured. On top of that, some had bacterial growth in them already.

I tried 3 different brands to grow mycelium and this brand was the only one it would not grow in and most contamination. Also 1/3 of plates broken lids or cracks. Would not recommend for mycology

I purchased these for a science fair project. they came from china and there was a smelly liquid in the packaging. when i touched them i statued to feel weird.
