Got this on the advice of the pest control service. Rodents were getting in my garage through the cracks around the door. He said rats won't try to chew through the steel wool because it will cut up their mouth. Sealed all the cracks and so far so good.

Product as advertised. I used it to winterize. I liked that it's a flat roll. Much easier to use than pads.

I bought this to put around the shed and seal cracks from rodents getting in and it rusted terribly and stained the concrete and the siding.
