This water bowl/ fountain is amazing! The dogs took to it right away….the cats had to study it for awhile…lol!I would absolutely pay this or more as it is just perfect!We have 5 indoor dogs and 2 indoor cats and this having the filter on it gives them fresh,clean water 24/7.With 7 mouths drinking out of the same bowl it can get pretty dirty. Before this we just had a gallon size mixing bowl that we had to refill and clean a couple times a day….this holds 3 1/2 gallons!It looks exactly as it does in the ad and I love the circle light on the front that is blue but turns red when you need to replenish the water. And it is SO QUIET! And that works out perfectly as we keep the water in the living room so we can see when it gets low. With the tv and everything turned off you still cannot hear a sound ..it is perfectly quiet!I would buy this all over again and I really recommend it for households with multiple pets. The filters do have to be changed but the instructions said you could do that once a month as long as you rinsed the filter periodically.The filters cost $19.99 for 6 of them which makes that only $3.33 a month! You can’t beat that for having clean, filtered water readily available for our babies!!!!Where has this been all my life?…LOLI appreciate you taking your time to read this. My senior dog has become more picky about her water source in the past year. I’ve tried 2 other water bowls and she bypassed them to either drink from accumulated water outside, or the toilet bowl.But hey she likes this one! I’m assuming it’s because the water is aerated and fresh tasting, but she can’t speak Human so I can only extrapolate.The water bowl is shared by two large dogs - our other dog doesn’t care where she drink from and likes it too.The human here likes the large capacity of the water bowl and that the carbon filter keep the recycled water clean and apparently tasty to the dogs.Best of all, it’s super quiet. I’m sitting 7 feet away from it as I type this review, I cannot even hear the pump motor myself, and the dogs aren’t bothered a bit.

This water bowl is a great looking item with a great design and feature with the led light that lets you know when it's full and when you need to refill. It holds 3.4 gallons which is a must with three fur babies. However, the pump didn't work properly. It would turn but there was not enough pressure to allow the water to flow out the spout. I returned it the same day received. If the manufacturer upgrades the pump I may revisit this item.

It seems well built, but the length of tubing attached to the pump is too short so it hangs a few inches above the bottom of the tank. This means there's still about 1/4th of the water left when the pump shuts off, which is pretty annoying. Should be an easy fix by just getting some extra tubing to extend the pump length, but I shouldn't have to be the one doing that.

This is a nice large water bowl. It looks nicer than just an old dingy plastic bowl. The pump is quiet and works well. I really like the fountain feature and how it keeps the water fresh by not letting it become stagnant. However, changing the filters regularly might become a little pricey. And finding a feeding space that has easy access to a power outlet for the pump wasn't easy. Overall I'm quite happy with the purchase.
