I recently adopted a 4 yr old dog from a pound and had no idea how to start potty training an adult dog indoors, also, so when its raining/snowing heavy or just whenever my dog wants to do her business, at least she has some place to go.I've done a whole lot of research and thought dogs usually do their business on grass. Was not expecting too much from this but boy was I surprised! First thing my dog did when i opened the box and put it down was to sniff it. That same afternoon, she went and did her business there, no training needed! Easy to clean, easy to hide the size is just nice. my dog is medium size around 39lbs.What an awesome product!Note: Its really helpful that there's two grass included for when i need to dry out the other one. Also, I replaced the waterproof mat with disposable pads but I am sure the mat does its job bec that's where i put my dog's water bowl when she's inside her playpen. no mess at all.😊

It was too large for our space, so returned and ordered smaller for toy breed dog.Easy to maintain and dog has no problem knowing where it is on the hard surface floor even in the earliest.months. Huge problem when the dog is put on a soft flooring. Can't distinguish between the fake grass and the carpet. Had never used this system so had no notion of the problem that would happen as soon as the dog thought he had an entire house that was one big pee pad.We are working to truly teach the dog house breaking do's and don'ts.Think twice before you take a puppy home who has only been trained this way.Scheduling Carpet Cleaning on Monday!

I have a 7-week-old Yorkie (Male). I have had him for a week. My Litte furry baby seems to catch on real fast. The breeder did say he was pretty smart. I was amazed at how young he is and he got the potty thing down . When brought him home, I tried the paper pad. It took about a 2 days and he was doing his business on the paper pads consistently. I decided to try the grass because he started playing with the paper pads. (Could have gotten messy). He like learned where to put his business on the pad the time I put it out for him. (I did not expect that). I was looking at some YouTube videos and some people said to put grass down and say "Go Potty" Repetitive. So I decided to try that and for him, It seemed to be just that simple. He literally put his business on the pad. I was like is this really happening? LOL. I figured hey he is a "Pup" and it will take at lot of time and persistence. I really didn't expect him to get it that fast. Persistence paid off. They seem to be working for me, so far so good. I may purchase again soon to have enough to switch out. There are 2 grass pads that come in the box. **UPDATE** I took it down to 1 stars because The quality of the grass pads, not so good. After washing about 1-2 times a week they start breaking up a little too quickly. I've had them a month. The pads themselves are not quality as I thought. The seller keeps offering me a $50 Amazon gift card. (Not taking the card). I'm NOT changing the rating stars or putting up a FALSE review saying that they are really good quality grass pads for other People to buy these.

I am a nurse that works long hours some days. We recently rescued a lil Cha-weenie pup. I wanted to have an indoor system set up for the puppy and not crate train him. This grass patch works perfectly! It comes with an underpaid, and you can also place disposable pads underneath. Super easy to hose off, let air dry. The puppy actually plays on it and sleeps on it, too. He loves his grass! The only adjustment I made was using clips to attach it to the tray, otherwise he pulls the grass off and takes it to another room to lay on lol

It's been a little over 2 months now since i've used the product and here are my observations:I found the artifical grass that came with the product would not hold up to daily use by the puppies. The backing of the grass is a thin material that was dissolving and discharging black granules. The grass blades were easily being stripped out during cleaning and when the puppies would scratch the grass. I'm not sure the grass would be harmful if the pups tried to eat it, so we worked on making sure they didn't try eating it. I ended up ordering artifical grass from another supplier which was better made. The grass was denser and the backing was a stronger polyurethene. Overall I would recommend using an astro-turf for a whelping box rather than artifical grass. The honeycomb mat that lies beneath the grass and above the puppy-pad seems to be holding up, but the puppies like to chew at it and cause bits and pieces to fall off. I would recommend watching your pups to teach them not to chew on the matting. The other point to make, is pups tend to move the grass around, even with the adhesivs that came with the product, and sometimes the fecal matter would get embedded in the honeycomb. So cleaning the honeycomb may require having a small brush or object to dislodge anything embedded in the honeycomb. The puppy pad did a nice job of absorbing any discharge fluids, however, I made the mistake of washing it and throwing it in the dryer. First, don't use any fabric softener as this would reduce the absorption of the pad...I learned that from my last litter. Second, this puppy pad shrank quite a bit in the dryer. I would recommend if you wash the pad, hang it out to dry, either on a clothes line or over a railing. It dries quickly.Overall the product did what I expected and I would imagine if you were training a single pup, it would hold-up much better.

Used it for a dog 🶠pee pad product very flimsy and poorly made. Pads came without tray.
