This is the second time I've bought an electric fireplace. The first time was in November 2024 when I chose to buy a fireplace from brand R.W. But after just one month, it started to smoke, make noise, and the heating stopped working. So, I returned it.The second time, I accidentally came across this fire places electric fireplace on Amazon. When I clicked to watch the product video, the flame effects and functions shown were exactly what I wanted, and the price was quite reasonable, so I decided to make the purchase.I bought the 36 - inch fireplace, planning to install it in my daughter's room. I thought it would be really difficult and complicated for a woman like me to install. However, I found it was incredibly easy. By following the installation methods shown in the instruction manual and the product link, I got it installed in just 15 minutes.What satisfies me the most are the flame and heating effects of this wall fireplace. The flames are even more beautiful and brighter than those shown in the product video. There are 12 types of flame effects, and the bottom crystals also have 12 different flame - like displays. The brightness and speed can be adjusted, creating a show just like a real - life fireworks display, which is truly elegant and beautiful. Moreover, its heating effect is surprisingly good. About 30 seconds after turning it on, the whole room starts to feel warm. Compared to my first purchase experience, both my daughter and I are very satisfied with this electric fireplace.That's why I'm leaving this review and highly recommending this product. I love the color change. I added a few extra crystals into the fire for sparkly effect. The fan and heat work well. This is a small room and it's perfect.The install does require you to remove the glass pane to do the set up, so youFind power button inside top right section under plastic, make sure you have power, test remoteremove mount attached to back of TV (silver screws only)Unscrew glass from fireplace, 2 silver screws on each size THEN detach the red plug from the fireplace to the glassSet glass aside carefully, you'll need it lastattach frame to wallattach fireplace without glass to the frame on wallattach top of frame to fireplace (two screws)Add crystals into plastic tray inside fireplaceThen attach glass slowly, remember to plug the red connection back in, then seal it shut.Install last 2 screws on each side of fireplaceVoilaThe instructions were a little out of order, but not hard. I would say definitely a two person job, takes about 30 minutes to install. Is not loud, but definitely put out some heat. Love the colors.

About 15 minutes after my brother finished the installation, I walked from my room to the living room. To my surprise, the living room had become really warm, a kind of indoor warmth that I rarely felt. It was really impressive! Moreover, the flames of the fireplace on the cabinet were so bright and eye - catching. It could also change colors automatically, which was really beautiful. I'm 100% satisfied with being able to buy such a great product at this price!
