Love my new fireplace insert! The old one needed to be replaced and we chose the Dereamflame insert. Very easy to install and looks great! It heats our room and looks like real flames. You can use heat or no heat which is perfect!

It’s a great beautiful electric fire place. Heat is great but be aware you will need other heat in order to hear a house so be aware of that and the fire crackling is loud but you can turn it off. I found the remote worked perfectly for me and the changing the background color was super easy and beautiful and to me it looks realistic. Installing is super easy and the best part this company is legit and has a great product. I will update again if there’s any bad issues with heat during winter but so far this thing has been amazing. The only thing that I would change is maybe the crackling isn’t very realistic and is very loud. Other then that perfect. 5/5 stars.

This is a really nice fireplace insert. We saw reviews about the sound of crackling and chose to purchase anyway with the intention of not using the sound piece. The sound is very bad, it sounds like crumpling paper. Not realistic at all. We are fine not using the sound and happy with the purchase. If you’re someone who wants the sound this is not the one for you. If you can get past not having it then I say it’s a great purchase.

This is a lovely unit. Love the flame and light setting - great look. It’s true what others say, the sound effect is ridiculous (will never use it). Maybe will be ok with just high or low heat setting (we had variable setting on our last unit.). Have only used on high one and got the chill out of the air. As winter arrives we will be using heat more frequently. For now love the ambience of the fire.

Simple to install. No problems whatsoever. Made my odd FP dimensions work with the electric insert. Very satisfied.

We panick purchased this after buying an electric fireplace that was not the right height. It was a different brand and we were not sure if it was going to work. It comes in 3 parts that screw together and then just slides around the back of the fireplace. The fireplace holds it in place and it does not need to be attached to the bricks or the electric insert. Easy to put together and looks great!

I am satisfied overall but remote response is not that great and the worst feature is the artificial wood crackle sound. It is laughably bad.

This trim unit fit my electrical fireplace perfectly. It’s extremely easy to assemble. Nice that it has openings at the bottom of both vertical panels to allow the fireplace cord to be fed through easily.

I replaced my old gas fireplace with this 30 inch electric one. It was a bit of work to get it to fit. I love this sleek fireplace. It looks so real. The ambience and warmth it creates is perfect I didn't realise that the metal strip that goes around the fireplace is sold separately. I wish that was included with the fireplace. I will have to order that separately to cover up the very small gap around it. Great buy!

Works as expected. I'd order again. There's a certain level of noise when the fireplace is running (no heating), but it's minimal, especially when inserted into a wall. I'm very noise conscious and I can live with the noise caused by this electric fireplace. That's a good thing. It's more like white noise and you stop hearing it after a while. Absolutely beautiful to look at.

I was very pleased with the over all equipment and how easy it was to install and work once it was installed. I was putting it into an old farmhouse which only had ornamental mantles and they look really nice. They also came when they said they would and they were very well shipped Liked it so much I bought two of the same items for two different rooms in my house.
