I used it on water pipes on motor home just laid it on the pipe and worked fine

I give this a five star because I feel like the product works for what it should be doing and our problem might be us as the user. Our pipes did still freeze, but it did not take as long to unfreeze if that makes sense. We were in 23° weather.It did help from our pipes not to burst. But like I said, it could be us not knowing how to use it quite right still.

This pipe blanket works very well. I did have to secure it with duct tape around the pipe. I have had very cold temps and this pipe blanket kept my outside hydrant from freezing.

Velcro strip is useless and will not adhere to itself . It’s so narrow, it keeps opening up and cover falls off we’ll pipe. Way too narrow. Unfortunately, I just tried to use and I’m outside the return window. Complete waste of money
