Decent set of 3 sizes of hand pie/empanada makers. Overall seem solid, the hinge feels a little flimsy but is holding up fine so far. They do stick a bit to my dough, but that could be the dough I am using, a little extra flour fixes it for the most part. They have handled the dishwasher ok so far, I don't like handwashing things so I put it all in the dishwasher. I don't think the hinges would hold up super well to heavy or rough use, but so far good.

The dumpling maker is very good quality and easy to use. I like that it is stainless steel and comes in different sizes. I got these to make dumplings, hand pies and pizza pockets. Such good quality and easy to clean and feels durable like it will be long lasting. I would recommend highly, love my set. Thank you!
